APPOINTMENT PREP

• Please make sure to bring a valid ID the day of your appointment

• Please make sure you have eaten a decent meal before your appointment and stay hydrated!

• Moisturize your skin!

• Get a good nights rest.

• You are more than welcome to bring snacks and drinks, and anything else that will make you comfortable like a pillow, blanket, book, etc... 

• Please try to avoid wearing perfume or cologne to your appointment - I have weird allergies and don’t want to be sneezing or coughing during your tattoo.

• Masks are optional, but I still choose to wear one while I’m tattooing out of personal preference.  

• If you need anything before, during or even after your appointment please let me know! I will do my best to accommodate! I want all of my clients to feel safe while getting tattooed - communication is key! If you need anything, do not be afraid to reach out to me.

RESCHEDULING

• I understand things happen and you may need to reschedule, however if I get multiple requests to reschedule for the same appointment, I can’t afford to accommodate that. If you request an appointment to be rescheduled, a new deposit will be required to book and the first deposit will be forfeited and no longer go towards the final cost of your tattoo.

• Please contact me no later than 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule. Additional non-refundable deposits will be required if you need to reschedule.

• Please plan your appointments accordingly and make sure to save the information provided to you in the appointment email in your calendar.

• I send out email and text reminders for your appointments but if for some reason you do not receive them, please let me know as soon as possible so I can fix it.

• I try my best to be flexible but my time is precious and having to reschedule creates losses on my end due to having to prepare for an appointment (including the time to draw your design and preparation time for your appointment).

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

• Cancellations need to be made no later than 24 hours before your appointment. I understand life happens but please try to contact me in a timely manner if you need to cancel. 

• If you arrive 20 minutes late to your appointment with no prior warning, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. 

• If you no call/no show to your appointment and do not reach out to me afterwards in a timely manner to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited, and I reserve the right to not book you for any future appointments. If you reach out to me after no call/no showing and would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required and the first deposit will not go towards the final cost of your tattoo. 

• Please let me know if you are going to be running late to your appointment! I do not mind, I would just like a heads up in order to prepare if I have another client coming in after you.
